I believe this photo was taken sometime in the late 1970s, perhaps in the apartment on West 58th Street where the New York Times said "the party never stops".

I'm not sure when this photo was taken or where, but my guess is the late 1990s/early 2000s. This is one of the very few photos of Bill wearing eyeglasses beyond his teens.

Bill and Bob the Duck - late 1983/early 1984. Bill and Bob attended Donald Duck's 50th Birthday Party on Hollywood Boulevard. Bob appeared in the national television broadcast of the event.
